How we do it
With never a dull moment in the life of a Community Ambassador, the team can be found out and about on the network, helping customers, collating feedback, working with partner organisations such as The Whitechapel Mission or selling Café Art as part of the My London project at some of our stations.
Our Community Ambassadors can also be found running safety roadshows; helping to guide tourists arriving at Heathrow Airport; visiting schools to promote careers in rail and assisting students writing their resumes; and running specialised sessions to help those who lack confidence when using public transport. There’s hardly a thing they don’t do!
