MTR Elizabeth line wins big at the Rail Business Awards!
We’re very proud to have been honoured with not one, but four awards at the 2024 Rail Business Awards – including Rail Business of the Year and Train Operator of the Year!
During what was a brilliant evening highlighting the very best work from across the rail industry, our fantastic Customer Experience team was named Rail Team of the Year, and we also took home the Education & Training Excellence Award, in recognition of the outstanding work of our Learning and Development team.
Managing Director Mike Bagshaw said: “These awards are the result of the extraordinary efforts of our team to deliver a safe, on time train service every day for our customers and we would not have gained this recognition without their commitment to service.”
These awards are testament to the exceptional teamwork of our MTREL colleagues, day in and out. We’re delighted to have been recognised.
