We’re proud to have been presented with the Best Business Change and Transformation (Silver) award at the recent UK Customer Experience Awards for 2023.
The award was in recognition of MTR Elizabeth line (working closely with Transport for London) for our ability to keep customers at the heart of everything we do, delivering our best customer satisfaction scores through a period of significant change and transformation.
Establishing one of the UK’s most complex railways to a standard that sees 700,000 passengers daily, it’s incredible to be recognised for our rapid growth and transformation alongside our partners.
